Beauty, luxury, and elegance plus ultimate, powerful performance all describe the 2012 Aston Martin Virage Coupe. Designed beautifully to meet the demand for luxury and elegance, this long nose sports car has also become a powerful speed demon, thanks to the 490 horsepower 6.0 Liter V12 engine. The engine is literally hand-built to ensure that performance will always reflect type of quality that the Aston Martin engineers envision for all of their cars. The 2012 Virage coupe is so powerful that the V12 produces a kick of 420 lb. ft. of torque that can go from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.6 seconds and can reach a top speed of 186 mph.

Fitted with lightweight aluminum parts, the 2012 Virage coupe has continued the tradition of Aston Martin to produce a sleek, contoured sports car. With a robust V12 onboard, it still maintains, or even surpasses, the power and speed of its predecessor and competitors. In fact, its weight distribution is a perfect 50-50 weight balance. Its 6-speed "Touchtronic II" automatic transmission, the lightweight Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) brakes, aluminum interior and exterior parts, and the artistically, yet, scientifically chiseled front, side and rear exterior assures that its weight does not negate great performance at its highest level.

As always, the 2012 Virage coupe boasts a luxurious interior. Seven of the finest Bridge of Weir leathers combined with a hand-stitched interior of the swan wing doors, both sides of the fascia, and the sports bucket seats all define unprecedented comfort. As a matter of fact, to ensure that quality is delivered for each car, the interior alone was completed in 70 to 200 hours for each Aston Martin Virage vehicle. One hitch for the interior is the extra rear seats. Though, some have come up with a solution - totally lose the rear seats so as to add space for one or two golf bags.

In terms of economy, expect the 2012 Aston Martin Virage coupe to burn a crater sized hole in your wallet since it has a market price range of $208,000 to $225,000 and also guzzles more fuel than its DB9 relative. Gas mileage runs from 13 mpg in the city and 18 mpg on the highway. Another concern for this 2012 Virage coupe is safety. This new Virage edition (even its predecessors) has not undergone any crash tests performed by the government or the highway insurance companies.
