The 2012 Bentley New Continental GT offers a variety of standard features, though some usually seen on the list have been made optional extras. Standard stuff includes 20" alloy wheels, bi-xenon headlamps with LED daytime running lights, keyless entry and start, an 8" infotainment system with Bluetooth and iPod integration, navigation, SiriusXM satellite radio, multi-zone climate control, and park distance control. The list of optional extras is quite long, but some of the premium features include aesthetic things like a jewel fuel filler cap, premium wheels, lambswool rugs, a heated steering wheel, adaptive cruise control, premium sound, and a TV tuner.
The Bentley Continental GT offers 17 exterior colors, 17 interior colors, and all sorts of different woods and metals as trim. An additional 6 trim variants are available with as an optional extra. There are plenty of ways to customize the interior, with several places in the car to opt for contrasting leather. Safety features include thorax, knee, and overhead airbags, plus the adaptive cruise control and parking assist options make the GT not just safe in an accident, but safe on the road. The 2012 Bentley Continental GT is not a major departure from its predecessors and is not by far a complete makeover. Exterior changes are rather subtle with the most prominent ones being LED lights that encompass the headlights and more punctuated trunk bustle. After shedding a few pounds, the 2012 GT exemplifies a bit more power, thanks to the lighter suspension and rear track components.
