I've had a problem with the door lock and power window on the passenger side since purchasing the 2011 Enclave. Unfortunately, the problem is sporadic, and doesn't occur when the car is at the dealership; therefore, they tell me they can't fix the problem. I paid too much for a defective car, and the dealership won't do anything about it. I was told to replace the entire harness would cost 800-900 dollars, like that was way too much money to spend to repair a vehicle that I paid over 36,000 dollars for! I will never buy another Buick or GM car! My last new car was a 2002 Bonneville. I had excellent customer service then. How things have changed in 9 years!
