The design crew at Chevrolet have once again come up with a Corvette Convertible that provides breathtaking design, superb and a powerful yet economical engine.
As has been their tradition over the decades of producing Corvettes, each car is individually accompanied all the way along the production line by a senior supervisor, whose role it is to oversee every facet of the car's production. Not quite hand- made- but close.
For some reason, the Chevrolet Corvette Convertible weighs in much heavier than most sports convertibles, having a direct and negative effect on both its performance and more importantly its petrol consumption.
Gets some really negative feedback on account of its interior which needs to be upgraded, both in terms of design and finish.
Does not have side curtain airbags or an anti-roll bar as standard or even as an extra.
