The Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD Truck is the heavy duty favorite for anyone hauling trailers, heavy cargo, and/or traveling on bumpy or icy roads. After years of criticism for dull interior design made of vinyl and hard plastic, the new Silverado has been redesigned to exceed the competition. The cab is far more quiet with gap-free fitting panels, and softer, more plush materials make this pickup truck a pleasure to drive or ride in no matter how long the journey. Three cab sizes, the regular, extended, and crew, offer options for any family or work crew size. Choose from rear wheel drive or four wheel drive, and there is the option of dual rear wheels for the biggest loads.
Trims on the Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD Truck include a basic WT (Work Truck), as well as LT and luxurious LTZ. WT comes standard with Z85 handling/trailering suspension, a 4,632 pound standard payload, automatic locking rear differential, StabiliTrak Electronic Stability Control System, antilock brakes, a 36 gallon fuel tank, and driver and right front passenger frontal air bags. Optional features can be added for additional price, including Bluetooth wireless for most phones, OnStar with Directions & Connections, and a trailering package that provides confident towing.
The LT has all of these, plus standard MP3 and CD player, SiriusXM satellite radio (free for three months), premium cloth seating, power-adjustable, heated outside mirrors, power programmable door locks, and power windows. Options include Z71 off-road suspension, and an Interior Plus Package that includes a power adjustable driver seat, USB port, EZ lift locking tailgate, foglamps, and steering-wheel mounted controls.
