There are three levels of trim on the Chrysler 200 Convertible. These are the Convertible Touring, the Convertible Limited, and the Convertible S. Even the bottom line choice offers a wide variety of features, far more than similarly priced competition. Colors available for the exterior include black, deep auburn pearl, crystal blue pearl, blackberry pearl, tungsten metallic, bright silver metallic, deep cherry red crystal pearl, and bright white. The 200 Convertible Touring offers 17 inch aluminum wheels, and the 200 Convertible Limited has 18 inch aluminum polished wheels. The top-line 200 Convertible S has aluminum wheels that also measure 18 inches.
The premium bucket seats in the Chrysler 200 Convertible Touring come in light frost beige willow and brook cloth or black willow and brook cloth. The upholstery in the 200 Convertible Limited is leather with color choices that include light frost beige royale leather trim or black royale leather trim. The 200 Convertible S has the most luxurious feel, with black royale leather trim including digital suede inserts. An 8-way-adjustable driver's seat is standard with all trims, and the top two options even have front seating heating as a standard feature. The rear seat splits in a 60/40 configuration, with back-seat access to the trunk. The Chrysler 200 Convertible boasts the most leg room for rear passengers in its class, and an exclusive power retractable hardtop sets this convertible apart from the competition.
UConnect Media Centers have gained wide acclaim. The base model in the Touring has an AM/FM radio with MP3 capability and a CD player, as well as steering wheel controls and an audio jack. In the Limited and S, there are a few upgrades, including more radio stations, USB port for file uploads to a 40 GB HDD, DVD capability, and a 6.5 inch touch screen.
Safety features include Electronic Stability Control and Brake Assist, which automatically applies brake force if necessary in adverse conditions. The vehicle is designed to keep from over or under steering in subprime road situations. All models have standard airbags that include multi-stage driver and front passenger airbags, side-curtain airbags, and front-seat-mounted airbags. In the event of a rear collision, the head restraints take action, moving closer to passengers' heads to minimize head and neck injury. The anti-lock disc brakes prevent the wheels from locking up when emergency situations arise. The Sentry Key Theft-Deterrent System and security alarm are state of the art, to keep would be car thieves at bay.
