The cabin is nice and quiet and it is ergonomically setup.
There is a clipboard attached to the dashboard so that the driver can keep any papers safe that he may have to carry around with him.
A low overhead shelf, there are some people who have bumped their heads on the mounted-shelf and the front seat is sometimes bouncy.
A bouncy seat, I don't think too many drivers would appreciate the bouncy seat.
One other con of the Relay Van is that the windshield pillars blocked the vision of some of the road signs at the intersections. It is best to be aware of this because that could definitely cause some serious problems.
