GMC Yukon XL SUV Pros and Cons

 Pros The 2012 GMC Yukon XL SUV is well-made from the outside, but the biggest point going for this vehicle is its interior. The interior can seat nine passengers and only a few SUVs can match or even top this. The three person third row seat comes as a standard on the Yukon. Drivers can also expect the 40/20/40 bench and the buckets at front.

 Pros Drivers can expect plenty of space for cargo requirements. You can count on a space measuring to 49 cubic feet just behind the third row seat and another 137.4 cubic feet of space, if the third row seat is physically removed and the second row seats will be folded (now this can serve as a point against the Yukon as well since it is highly inconvenient to remove the seating every time);

 Pros The GMC Yukon XL SUV efficiently combines three important requirements for many drivers- excellent cargo space, the ability to tow boats and seating for nine passengers;

 Pros The gauges and controls on the vehicle are easy to read and operate as well;

 Pros The design of the dash of this SUV is interesting and helpful as it offers the driver with an excellent view of the road thus making the driver feel that he is on top of things. The visibility is okay but the C-pillar does not help in reducing the blind spot of the large side mirror.

 Cons The size is a problem for the 2012 GMC Yukon XL SUV. Drivers may find this vehicle difficult to maneuver on tight sections and streets. The fuel economy also suffers for this vehicle;

 Cons A point against this SUV for the 50/50 split third row seat, which you need to physically remove in order to free up the cargo area.
