I purchased my 2012 MKX a little over a month ago. The 'wow' of all the options has wore off and I have come to realize this isn't what I paid for. Poor sensitivity on the touch screen and sensor controls. Disappointing slow take off, feels like a 4 cylinder. Worst of all the seats are the...

The 2011 MKX is such a disappointment. Lincoln touch is a complete failure. If you want to drive without a heater, radio, phone,defroster and gps this crossover is for you! So sorry I purchased this vehicle 9 months ago....
