The Mercedes-Benz G Class G550 SUV is the only current trim available in the five passenger G Class SUV. While it may be lacking out on the road and the cabin may have an awkward layout, the one thing that this SUV has going through it is that it is loaded with standard features.

Added to that are bi-xenon headlights that work automatically, wipers that do the same, sensors on the rear to help with parking and a camera with a rearview. There is also a sunroof added to the body as a standard. Inside the cabin buyers can expect to find cruise control, climate control that is automatic, powered front seats with a wealth of adjustments available as well as heating and ventilation, rear seats that are heated and a steering wheel that tilts and telescopes. There is also full leather throughout the cabin and mirrors inside and out that dim automatically.
The Mercedes-Benz G Class G550 SUV has a wealth of electronics on board as well. They start with the COMAND interface that many of the Benz models have today. There is also a navigation system available, traffic in real time, Bluetooth and voice control capabilities. The stereo is a Harman Kardon surround sound and it is fully loaded as well. There is HD radio, satellite radio, digital storage, CD/DVD changer that holds six discs and an iPod interface on the stereo.
There is one optional package and a couple of optional features for the Mercedes-Benz G Class G550 SUV. There is an Edition Select package available.
