Out of all the features that are available for the Maxi Z.E. Van, the one that stands out from the rest is the ability to have your van warmed up while it is charging. It would be so nice to go out in freezing cold weather and know that your van is nice and warm inside. That would be such an awesome feeling. Many people dread getting into their vehicles in the winter time because they know they are going to have to wait for it to warm up. It would be so nice to be able to just get into a nice warm van. I am sure that anyone with back problems or anyone with any other type of health problems would enjoy and appreciate this feature very much.

You can drive the Maxi Z.E. van for just over 100 miles before you have to charge it back up. For a typical delivery company that works in the city limits, that would not be so bad. However, it could be a problem for the driver that has to deliver out of town. He would have to stop and charge the vehicle up before he could go any further. The driver would have to be aware of where there were recharging stations before he sets out on a trip so that he won't be caught without a charge in the middle of nowhere.

There are a lot of myths surrounding electric vehicles. This is true of almost anything that is new and advanced. People don't understand the concept because they have never used it before. The myths will dispel as more and more people purchase electric vehicles. Some of the myths that are out there are that the batteries will not last very long, that it takes too long to fully charge the vehicle and electric vehicles are very expensive. Each of these myths have been dispelled already because the batteries should last for quite a long time and that isn't going to be a concern of the driver anyway because you are only going to be leasing the battery. Once the battery is dead, the company who is leasing you the battery will just have to purchase another one. It doesn't take all that long to fully recharge the vehicle. You can recharge it while you are at work or while you are sleeping at night. You can recharge it while you are shopping or watching your son play hockey. There are a lot of times when you will be able to recharge the battery. The last myth about the electric vehicle costing too much is simply not true these days. Electric vehicles are getting more and more affordable for the average driver.

With all the talk about the environment these days and the fact that we can see for ourselves that our planet Earth is pretty vulnerable, it is helping the electric car manufacturers because people are choosing to purchase electric vehicles over gasoline or diesel powered ones. The cost of the electric vehicles are coming down each and every year and pretty soon, a lot of people are going to be able to afford them. As sales start going up, prices should start coming down even more.
