Chevrolet Sedan Reviews

Chevrolet, a General Motors brand, is one of the best-known American car brands. It was formed in 1911, and GM owned it by 1918. Chevrolet has proved very popular since its creation, especially due to its production of mid-size pickup trucks like the Chevy Silverado and sporty cars such as the Chevrolet Corvette and Camaro. Its sedans have always been popular as well, especially since the appearance of the full-size Chevy Impala in 1958. For the 2012 model year, Chevrolet is offering four sedans in its line-up: the 2012 Chevrolet Sonic, the 2012 Chevrolet Impala, the 2012 Chevrolet Malibu, and the 2012 Chevrolet Volt.

The 2012 Chevy Sonic is all-new for this year and comes with a feisty, adventurous personality, which is showcased in its advertisement campaigns that have professional stunt people taking it on incredible, awe-inspiring adventures. The sedan model starts at only $13,865 and comes with an amazing amount of comfort and power features for its class. It has such features as an ECOTEC 1.4-liter turbocharged engine (the only turbocharged engine in its class) that works in tandem with a six-speed manual transmission. This sedan has a zero-to-sixty time of 8.2 seconds, the most available torque in its compact-car class, and a smooth, fun ride. It's fuel efficient, too; the Sonic gets 40 mpg on the highway.

The 2012 Chevrolet Cruze is a compact sedan that starts at only $16,800 and get up to 42 mpg on the highway. It comes in an "Eco" variant which is the most fuel efficient Chevrolet ever. The Cruze competes with such vehicles as the Honda Civic (and Civic HF) and the 2012 Ford Focus (and Focus with SFE package). The sedan's amazing features include ten airbags (which greatly outweighs its competitor's offerings) and large amounts of cargo space. It has an RS Appearance package, available for the LT and LTZ trims which adds comfort and aesthetic-boosting features to its already ample offerings.

The 2012 full-size Chevy Impala, one of the most popular Chevrolet sedan models of all time, has an MSRP of $25,760- around $30k and offers up to 30 mpg on the highway. It's a fan favorite for many reasons, including its reliability, good looks, and practicality. The Impala holds a 3.6-liter V6 engine that works in conjunction with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Unparalleled comfort is standard in all of its LT, LTZ, and LS trims, and flexible storage offerings lend seating for up to six passengers.

The 2012 Chevrolet Malibu has also been a driver favorite for many years. This sedan has a starting MSRP of $22,110 and has over forty awards to its name. It's known for its powerful performance and durable build. This mid-size sedan comes with impressive stand options and sporty features like a sunroof, leather seating, and shiny aluminum wheels. It also offers up to 33 mpg on the highway and can go up to 528 highway miles on a full tank (per the LTZ trim). It competes with the Toyota Camry, the Honda Accord, and the Ford Fusion.
