The 2011 Spyker C12 Zagato Coupe truly is one-of-a-kind. You'll never see another vehicle like this- nor will you want to. Sometimes it's best not to mass produce near-perfection. Inspired by Spyker's partnership with Formula One racing and the vehicles that participate in these races, the styling is quite different from the Spyker C8. There are some features that have been retained, however. Aerodynamic features that harken to both brands' aviation days, luxurious interior styling, and scissor doors are present on both of these models. The Spyker C12 Zagato gathers its power from a six-liter W12 engine obtained from Volkswagen.(The engine is also available in the VW Phaeton and the Audi A8). The W12 produces 500-bhp, which can be upped to 650 with an optional supercharger. Even though the C12 name might propose itself otherwise, enthusiasts should know that the C12 Zagato is not based on Spkyker's famous C12 LaTurbie prototype.

As far as pricing goes, the C12 comes in at EUR 495,000, which is converts to about $740,000 U.S. That's the good news. The bad news is, the vehicle has only been produced in 24 (yes, less than a fourth of a hundred) models globally. Good luck getting your hands on this automobile. Although, maybe you'll try a little harder when you read the following specs: For instance, the Spyker Zagato can garner a speed of 186 mph, and hits zero to sixty in less than four seconds. The transmission is available in either six-speed automatic or manual styles and includes Formula One-style controls. The Coupe is rather light for its size and includes an all-aluminum body and roof rails made of stainless steel. Turbine-blade wheels, Spkyer's traditional chopped tail, and sports scissor doors seal the unique package the C12 offers. There are several other design nods at the Formula One Racing cars, including the vehicle's: mirrors, air intakes, nose, fuel flap, and diffuser. The interior of this one-of-a-kind luxury machine is a colorful orange leather with aluminum accepts. Chronoswiss instruments are featured, and a double bubble panoramic roof seals the deal.
