Pros The 2012 Subaru Impreza WRX Premium 5-Door Powerful has a brand new design. Its makeover isn't only limited its fresh nose job. With sleek, defined wheel arches, and sharp character designs, the new Subaru is refreshed and ready for a new year.

Pros This year's Impreza is the roomiest ever- with same green footprint it's always had. Passengers even get an extra inch in the backseat.

Pros The WRX Premium has great technology features like Hands-Free Bluetooth, iPod integration, a brand-new navigation system, and available SIRIUS or XM Satellite Radio packages.

Pros With fuel efficiency in the mid-high 30mpg range, the Subaru Impreza is the most efficient AWD vehicle of its kind.

Pros A new engine incurs less displacement, and the oil filter is easier to locate.

Pros The interior is made of soft, dark plastics with an airy cabin. It looks practical and glossy.

Pros Re-designed windows in this 2012 Impreza 5-Door improve visibility for the driver and lead to better safety consciousness.

Pros A revised suspension makes the driver's ride a smoother one, even in harsh environments.

Pros Traction control is not intrusive to everyday driving and works well with the sporty vehicle.

Pros The 2012 Subaru Impreza WRX Premium 5-Door has excellent safety features and crash-test safety ratings.

Cons The 2012 Subaru Impreza WRX Premium 5-Door has several stereo options, but none that are very appealing. Subaru vehicles are often missing excellent stereo options.

Cons The WRX Premium's interior has been considered "too dark" by some, although we're not opposed to a more-shadowy interior. With a roomy cabin, drivers' opinions about this cabin can go either way.

Cons The 2012 WRX's third gear is merely passable, and the 4th and 5th do not work well. First and second are great, however.
