An upgrade from the base and premium versions of the vehicle, the Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited Sedan has all the features that should really come included with all the models. While there are many features that come standard throughout the 2.5i series, the Limited Sedan model offers a few extra perks along the way based on our review

Focusing on the mechanical specification reviews first, the Legacy 2.5i Limited Sedan comes standard with the CVT automatic transmission. This is an upgrade over the base and premium versions of the Legacy already. The engine is a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder that produces 170 pound-feet of torque. The CVT comes with the Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle certification if that's something you need in the state you live in. The engine performed well, and in tests raced to 60mph in 9.4 seconds. The estimated fuel economy with the automatic transmission comes in at 23 mpg in the city, and 31 on the highway for a combined 26 mpg. While this isn't the greatest, it's a lot better then the 19/27 of the 6-speed manual. Although the CVT comes standard with the Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited Sedan, you can opt for the 6-speed manual transmission if you prefer that style.

The 2012 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited Sedan comes standard with both front side and side curtain airbags. It also has stability and traction control, all-wheel drive, and the anti-lock disc brakes. All of these components are working together to provide a very high safety rating review among all mid-size sedans on the market today. The all-wheel drive also ensures that the Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited Sedan can be driven effectively in any weather condition it goes through. Feel comfortable when it rains and snows on the road when you own this vehicle.

Some of the upgraded feature reviews that the 2.5i Limited adds are fog lights, the continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT), a four-way powered passenger seat, 17-inch premium alloy wheels, a nine-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, and dual-zone automatic climate control comfort. All of these upgrades from the base models of the Legacy enhance the value of the Limited substantially. The All Weather package also comes included with the Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited Sedan, and will be a pleasant upgrade for colder environment located Subaru owners.
